Julia Lane
With a decade of experience in the education and ICT sectors, I am passionate about empowering the next generation of professionals and connecting them with meaningful career opportunities. As the previous State Operations Manager at the Australian College of Applied Professions, I lead the Professional Year Program, managing operations across multiple States and ensuring that each graduate is equipped with a clear career development path.
My expertise lies in designing and implementing comprehensive Future Ready Programs that address the skills gap between recent graduates and industry needs. Through tailored programs and strategic internships, I help graduates gain hands-on experience, develop essential professional skills, and build strong industry connections. I have a proven track record in recruitment and talent management, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to attract and engage top talent.
